At Zemerra International, we strive to ensure timely, secure, and reliable delivery of all orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 7–15 business days from the date of order confirmation
  • Processing time excludes:
    • Weekends
    • Public holidays

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary based on the destination
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Domestic & International Shipping: 7–15 working days after dispatch

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be:
    • Clearly displayed at checkout before payment
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if available)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders:
    • Are subject to availability
    • May include additional fees
    • Require confirmation before dispatch

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped:
    • Tracking details will be shared via Email or SMS
  • Customers can use these details to monitor shipment status in real-time

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete shipping details
  • Ensuring availability at the delivery address

Zemerra International will not be liable for:

  • Delays
  • Failed deliveries
  • Losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Delivery will be attempted by our logistics partners as per their standard policies
  • If delivery is not accepted:
    • The order may be cancelled
    • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery

8. High-Value Orders

For high-value jewelry shipments, additional security measures may include:

  • OTP (One-Time Password) verification
  • Identity confirmation at the time of delivery

9. Packaging & Safety

  • All orders are shipped in tamper-evident packaging
  • Customers are strongly advised:
    • Do not accept packages that appear damaged, opened, or tampered with

10. Delays & Liability

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Unforeseen circumstances

11. Shipping Charge

All our products will be manufactured in India and will be shipped directly to the customer from India. If the product price is more than 150 USD, then the shipping charge will be free and if it is less than that, then the shipping charge will be charged in the country where the parcel is shipped and the custom duty tax will have to be paid by the customer.

12. Shipping and Handling

All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tempering before signing and accepting it.

Note :- We can't ship to Hotels, P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.

Zemerra International shall not be held liable for such delays.
